By creating an account and password, you will be able to access a variety of resources, including access to the exclusive video chat room for online appointments, secure text messaging, the option to pay by credit card, and access to invoices and receipts.
Within a few days of creating your account, you will receive an email linking you to some forms to fill out prior to our first session. Please monitor your email for a request to verify your account. If you have created an account previously and forgotten your password, please email me and let me know. I can create a temporary password so that you can access your original account.
The app requires that you enter a credit card to create your account. If this is a problem for you, please email me and we will arrange something different. Your card will not be billed without your permission, and you can pay by e-transfer, cash, or cheque, as you prefer.
When booking an appointment, indicate whether you want an online or in-person session and whether you are requesting an assessment, consultation, or therapy session.
If you book an online session, please be sure to check the box that says "BOOK AS VIDEO SESSION". At the scheduled appointment time, just click where it says "Join" beside your listed appointment to be taken directly to the online waiting room. This waiting room is only open 30 minutes prior to the appointment time. For online sessions, you can use your phone or computer, as long as they have a microphone and webcam.
Parents: If you are creating an account for your child, please use THEIR name for the account. For assessments for adolescents, two 90-minute appointments are required. For pre-pubertal children, one 90 minute session is usual sufficient. Please click on this link for more information regarding the process of assessment for minors.
